Considering your approach to decision-making and the acceptance of limited perspective, how do you reconcile moments when your decisions lead to outcomes that conflict with your values or the expectations of others?

I don't reconcile them. By the very nature of the conflict, those decisions aren't in harmony with my values or others, so I have another decision to make. If it's conflict with my values, I have to determine how hard I hold onto that value, and how much I want to continue down the path this decision is leading me down. I can't do both, so I either abandon the value, or I abandon the current path and decide to chart a different course. Same goes for the expectations of others. I can try to change their expectation, or I can change myself to meet their expectation, or I can change my relationship with them. I now have a new decision to make, a new path I have to choose, and I now have to decide in this moment, with the light I currently have before me, what direction do I want to go? Who do I want to be? What are the potential pitfalls for each decision? Who will I become if I go down one path or another? These are all things I have to consider as conflicts inevitably arise, so I make my considerations, and make my new decision, creating a new direction for my journey.
