In what ways do you reassess and adjust your actions when confronted with the reality that
they may not always have the intended effect?
I don't adjust them. I have no idea what the unintended effects are, they're controlled by
forces much larger than myself, and I couldn't possibly know what the unintended consequences of
an action are. That's not entirely true, because I'm quite capable of considering alternative
outcomes from my decisions, but I've found in my own experience, often the real outcome is one I
hadn't considered. So, I make my decision as if that's the only thing that really mattered,
while simultaneously knowing there's so much more going on that I will have to adjust for as
more of reality is shown to me based on my decision. I'm simultaneously uncovering and creating
reality with every decision I make.
