Do you think you can control what happens in your future? Why or why not?
I can to some degree control me and my reactions to the future. That's about the extent of my
control. The world is far too complex for me to control. I'm far too complex, and constantly
changing. I can guide a certain direction I'm going for a time, but outside influences and
unforeseen forces are always acting on me and those around me in ways I can't possible predict,
so any semblance of actual control is pretty inconsequential in the grand scheme of things and
I'm simply along for a ride and choosing how I respond to that ride.
